Multiple items have been recovered, after they were allegedly stolen from a car in Lock earlier this month.

It’s understood the victim had gone to recover his crashed Toyota station wagon on Palkagee Road on 5 June, when he found that property from the car had been stolen.

Items included a fridge, UHF radio and spotlights from outside of the car.

Investigations later led police to a nearby property, where a 51-year-old Robertstown man and a 42-year-old Darke Peak man were both reported for theft.

They are both expected to front court at a later date.

All of the stolen property was found and returned to the victim.
