Police have arrested two additional suspects linked to a series of deception scams across the Eyre Peninsula.

It was reported that a car was involved in a scam incident in Cowell on Saturday, with police later searching the car and a motel unit in Ceduna on Monday.

Two Romanian nationals – a 33-year-old man and 30-year-old woman – were arrested and charged with deception and unlawful possession offences.

This follows the arrest of a 32-year-old man for a similar incident near Streaky Bay earlier this week.

Police are now investigating similar reports extending through Port Wakefield, Snowtown, Cowell, Tumby Bay, Elliston, Port Kenny, Coulta, Streaky Bay and Smoky Bay.
