EP Mental Health Breakthrough Round 2021 nominations are now open.

Eyre Peninsula Netball and Football clubs play in the spirit of mental wellness while helping to break down the stigma around mental illness, encouraging members to seek help in our communities and are now recognising those who we appreciate.

Mentally Fit EP, along with support and sponsorship from 5CC and Empowering Lower Eyre, are implementing the second annual Mental Health Round award for each Netball and Football league on the Eyre Peninsula to be awarded on Saturday August 7th.

Nominations are now open for the Mental Health Round award:

The award will go to a person that:

Contributes to their club’s wellbeing,
Has demonstrated resilience,
Shows support for others in the club/league, and/or
Inspires others.

The opportunity to nominate someone who you think is deserving from one of the Eyre Peninsula Netball or Football Leagues, can be found below - you can complete the online nomination form below or download and print this nomination form.

Nominations open - Friday July 2nd and close 11.59 pm Wednesday July 28th.

Please note: A nominee can be any person from your club that meets this criteria. Nominations close July 28th. Successful nominees will be notified by phone and awarded at the Mental Health Breakthrough Round on August 7th.
