Colours Of Eyre

Colours of Eyre is a dual exhibition showing fine art photography by Ram Subramanian and ceramics by Riti Malik. Lake Eyre has inspiring landscape formations around it, which inspired Ram to capture abstract aerial shots from an open door Cessna, in a series of graphic imagery. Riti created sculptural ceramic vessels in porcelain, drawing inspiration from the vibrancy and textures of the photographs. The pieces contain sand and other natural elements from the region, creating a surreal connect between nature, photography, materials and ceramic art.
