Royal Flying Doctor Service major fundraiser

Royal Flying Doctor Service, Port Lincoln Auxiliary, are hosting a major fundraiser to help keep the planes flying. With the service called on so much now with over 500 flights into Port Lincoln alone last year and then many more into every regional town on EP. The Event will on October 21st 7pm Port Lincoln Hotel Ball Room. Tickets $30 plus booking fee.  Free glass of wine on arrival.  Drinks & Cheese platters available for purchase. The CE of RFDS, Tony Vaughan, will be guest speaker.  He is very passionate & will talk about the many aspects to the RFDS. The fundraiser is a fun night with Chris Kenny singing with her Chrissy K Band.  Live auctions, with Phil Channon ensuring the bids keep coming, include Squids Sandboard’s 500th sandboard he has specially designed, Boston Bay Winery (Barristers Block winery) accommodation package, Port Lincoln Race Club Cup Day 2 tickets to the gold room packaged with other donations, Rhapsody Wood – a beautiful wooden map of Lower EP & finally a package incl Kay Freeth’s Guinness pies.  Des Pinson is MC and will keep the crowd entertained.  Many silent auctions and a huge raffle.  The support with donations has been incredible and the night should be amazing.  We look forward to a packed ball room.
