Eyre Peninsula Broadcasters is excited to announce 2 new FM signals for 5CC!
The switch will be the final phase in a process that has been years in the making, and is another example of continually striving to improve our product to benefit our local audience, and local clients.
Along with 2 new FM signals, 5CC’s freshly designed & revitalised station logo will feature on all marketing materials, and a new hyper-local Saturday Sports Show ‘Sideline View’ has hit the airwaves between 1-5pm.
5CC General Manager, Darren Allard says, “With the addition of both our Lower and Eastern Eyre frequencies, we're excited to be in the position to continue as leaders in local across Eyre Peninsula, with more options for our audience to listen in higher fidelity sound.”
5CC Content Director, Ben Cunningham added, “With our additional frequencies giving our audience stereo sound and better coverage options, it's exciting to reaffirm our ongoing commitment to the Eyre Peninsula community.”
The switch over to the FM band, on 93.9FM Eyre Peninsula taking place on March 1st 2021, with 99.5FM Mt. Neild to follow soon after. 5CC will continue to broadcast on 765AM.
