SafeWork SA has launched a crackdown on rogue asbestos removal businesses.
There’s fears some operators may be cutting corners when removing the deadly building material.
The state’s safety watchdog will launch the statewide campaign, focusing on cowboy operators who fail to follow management rules or demolition safety.

A similar clampdown last year sparked 130 improvement and prohibition notices.
