Dredging works at the Whyalla Marina will begin on 10 November to restore the facility’s original design depth.
The project, led by Maritime Constructions, aims to remove built-up sand and sediment while maintaining public access to the marina car park.
Council said the work will follow strict EPA-approved environmental controls to protect marine life, with operations paused if dolphins are nearby.
