Third time’s the charm for local festival Streaky Sounds, with the event named a finalist in 2025 SA Tourism Awards.
The nomination marks the third time the festival has received recognition, one of six local events and businesses across the Eyre Peninsula to cop a nomination.
The Port Lincoln and Whyalla Visitor Centres, Coodlie Park Eco Retreat and Teakle Wines were also recognised.

The Kimba Council also received a nomination for their “Kimba – A Community to Shout About” campaign.
Voting is open now for the People’s Choice Award, which can be completed on the SA Tourism Awards website.
Winners will be announced in November.
