Lincoln South Too Strong for Tigers in PLFL

In local football, The Boston Tigers winning streak has ended in the Port Lincoln Football League.

Lincoln South were too strong for the Tigers, beating them 13.3.81 to 9.9.63.

Ranges won their first home game of the season, defeating the Peckers 9.8.62 to 6.11.47 and Waybacks won against Tasmans 8.4.52 to 6.3.39.

This week in the Port Lincoln Football League, the SANFL returns to the Eyre Peninsula with Norwood versing West Adelaide at Centenary Oval on Saturday.

In the Great Flinders Football League, the Roos thrashed Eyre United 16.10.106 to 5.7.37, the Eagles took down the Roosters 10.11.71 to 4.6.30 and the Blues beat the Magpies 9.11.65 to 6.4.40.

And in the Eastern Eyre Football League, the Ports had a close game against Cowell in the A Grade, winning 7.8.50 to 6.7.43 and Ranges thrashed Kimba 15.19.109 to 3.3.21.
