“We all sit up the front, the Premier welcomes everyone, there’s a microphone in the middle of the room, and people can just come up and ask us anything, Minister Close says.

“We really like doing this since it’s very important for us, but it’s also a pretty good opportunity for people who live in the regions to have direct access.”

Port Lincoln Mayor Diana Mislov says she’s happy to have the Ministers in the city, and wants to convey gratitude for their investment in the Port Lincoln Foreshore Redevelopment Project.

“They contributed just over $4 million towards that project which will see us for many generations to come – particularly for the jetty infrastructure.

“I wish to convey all that gratitude on behalf of the community.”
