An Adelaide man has been arrested, after he allegedly stole a road grader and caused a crash in Port Lincoln.
Emergency services were called to Marina Drive about 6am on Sunday morning, after reports the road grader had crashed into a station wagon.
It’s understood the grader pushed the car 40 metres and forced the vehicle onto its side.
The driver of the station wagon, a 23-year-old local woman, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The grader was later found abandoned on Barley Road, with the 47-year-old suspected driver found nearby.
It’s believed the grader was stolen from St Andrews Terrace earlier in the morning.
He’s been arrested and is undergoing medical assessment in hospital.
