The committee is immensely proud of the work done by past and present members, volunteers and ambassadors who upheld the tradition for the community.

Port Lincoln Mayor Diana Mislov says the event is synonymous with Port Lincoln, and generations of locals and visitors have enjoyed the festival.

The Council have agreed to acquire the branding and intellectual property for the Tunarama Festival and hope to bring key elements of the festival back to life for the community one day.
