New figures suggest rental pressures in the region are beginning to ease as supply increases and demand moderates from record highs throughout the pandemic.
Rental listings outside the capital cities increased 22.5% year-on-year which is the largest increase in supply since December 2010.
Director of Economic Research at PropTrack, Cameron Kusher, says that’s improving choice for regional renters and helping to pull back on recent price increases.
