Locals and visitors to the Eyre Peninsula have been treated to a selection of the region’s best food, with the Tasting Australia festival kicking off across the state.
This weekend, McLaren Vale winery Dowie Doole joined Eyrewoolf Abalone for a wine and food experience on the shores of Flinders Island, whilst a four course degustation was held at the Port Lincoln Hotel.
Another event will be held at Streaky Bay next Saturday showcasing the region’s local produce.
Tourism Minister, Zoe Bettison said Tasting Australia is another brilliant event for South Australia, and an absolutely delicious reason to explore our diverse regions.
