An Army veteran and his assistance dog are on the Eyre Peninsula this week, as part of their journey walking around Australia.
Garth Murray and Max left Townsville in October 2024, and arrived in Cowell last Thursday.
The pair have now reached Tumby Bay, before heading to Port Lincoln tomorrow.

The marathon walk has already raised more than $71,000 for three charities, and follows Mr Murray’s medical discharge from the Army in 2017.
