A roadside check has led to the arrest of a man on weapons charges in Whyalla Norrie.
Police pulled over a Ford hatchback on Choat Street early on Monday morning, where they allege the driver was driving on a disqualified licence and under the influence.
A search of the vehicle also allegedly uncovered two double-edged knives.

The 34 year old local man was charged with driving while not authorised, driving under the influence, and possessing prohibited weapons.
He was granted bail to appear in the Whyalla Magistrates Court on 1 June.
The hatchback was also impounded for 28 days.
