A new report reveals residents across the Eyre Peninsula are set to pay less for their electricity bills over the next three years.

A typical SA households can expect to pay around $200 or 11% less for electricity than they do currently, thanks to a reduction in wholesale, environmental and network costs.

Chief Executive of the Australian Energy Market Commission, Benn Barr, says falling gas prices will also contribute to an overall reduction in household bills.
