Next week SALT will be officially launching the festival for 2021.
On Friday April 16th the official opening will take place alongside Facing Eyre, SALT’s feature Exhibition at the Nautilus Art Centre.
This year SALT Festival will see more than 120 events sweep the Lower Eyre Peninsula over the two weeks including the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra’s, Symphony by the Sea.
Globally recognised music performers Conductor Guy Nobel and soprano Desiree Frahn travelled to Port Lincoln yesterday for a pre-show visit at Boston Bay Wines.
SALT Chair Jack Richie says SALT is excited to kick off the festival.
“The official opening is at 7pm and the initial invite is to SALT contributors, sponsors, and those involved, then we will open the invite up to the public for them to come along and celebrate with us.
“Facing Eyre is also opening up on that night and is an exhibition of 25 local artists who have done portraits which is amazing, definitely worth checking out and they will be running for the full 10 days.” said Jack.
