A drink driver has been detected after failing to stop at a stop sign at Whyalla on Sunday morning.
About 3.30am on Sunday 2 May, police pulled over the ute after it failed to stop at the intersection of Forsyth Street and Darling Terrace, Whyalla.
The driver, a 36-year-old Whyalla man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.114.
He was also issued with a cannabis expiation notice after cannabis and a bong were found in the centre console of the vehicle.
He was reported for drink driving and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date. His vehicle was impounded for 28 days and he was issued with a six month loss of licence.
