New figures show the median price per hectare of Australian farmland increased by 12.9% last year; the seventh straight year of consecutive growth.

South Australia recorded growth of 10.9% with the median price per hectare increasing in all Australian states for the first time in fifteen years.

Chief Operating Officer at Rural Bank, Will Rayner, says the figures demonstrate the remarkable strength and resilience of our agricultural sector.
