Millions will be spent on new and ongoing projects in Port Lincoln, if the council's new 2022-23 draft business plan and budget is adopted.
Some of the key projects proposed under the draft plan include a local dog park, a $400,000 refurbishment of the former 'Manse' building for a university hub, a redeveloped Council depot, new or upgraded footpaths and roads and Nelson Square improvements.
Rate revenue is projected to increase by 4.4 per cent in general terms, with the average impact on ratepayers being around 4.12 per cent, below CPI.
The plan is available via the Your Say Port Lincoln website and is open for community consultation until the 10th of June.
