Two men have been caught drink driving in Port Lincoln earlier this week.
At about 11:55pm on Monday, police officers stopped a vehicle on Verran Terrace with a 22 year old local man allegedly returning a positive blood alcohol reading of 0.072 and checks revealing his drivers licence was disqualified.
The man was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol and driving while disqualified. He will be summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Another man was stopped along Hallett Place at around 1:30am on Tuesday, undergoing a breath test and returning a positive reading of 0.105.
The 35 year old local man was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol, issued with a six month immediate loss of licence, his car was impounded for 28 days and he will appear in court at a later date.
