Trucks Broken Into At Port Lincoln Dump

Port Lincoln Police are seeking information from the public regarding the illegal interference of eight trucks at the Port Lincoln Dump. 

The trucks were broken into between 5pm, Wednesday 12 July and 5am, Thursday 13 July on Hassell Road. 

All eight trucks were damaged.

Anyone who may have seen anyone in the area or has any information to assist police is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. 

A Port Lincoln man was reported for drink driving after being stopped by a highway patrol in Lincoln South last Thursday evening. 

The 55 year old driver was stopped on Bomar Street last Thursday at around 5.20pm and returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.152, more than 3 times the legal limit. 

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
