The Port Lincoln National Park has been featured as the state wide ‘park of the month’ once again by the Department of Environment and water.
Plans to host an array of activities are set to take place over the month including; exploring the coast, taking a self-guided drive, bushwalking, and a guided family ‘Beach Bingo’ event.
The Beach Bingo will be hosted by Coast Ranger Elly Schult at September beach on Monday 17th and Friday 21st December from 10am.
Ranger Elly said “Life can get a bit frantic in the last month of the year so it’s important slow down and to make some time for nature play and quality family time”
The event is suitable for supervised children aged four and up and bookings for the popular event are essential.
Local Rangers will also be hosting five school groups on guided park walks and marine debris clean-ups in early December.
Local teachers may access free Lincoln National Park resources online, including a brochure offering 40 things to do in the Park.
