Yesterday saw the final cruise ship come into Port Lincoln for the 2018-19 season with passengers from the Pacific Eden wondering the town’s streets.
So far the cruise ships have had a positive impact on the region with thirteen coming in this season alone.
The Port Lincoln City Council are reaching out to businesses in the community for cruise ship events and activities along with other council engagements.
With the cruise ships lifting Port Lincolns tourism, the council are encouraging locals businesses to register their business and be added to the business community database.
A schedule for proposed upcoming visits next season is in the works and will be distributed soon via the database to enable forward planning by local tourism operators and business owners.
Local businesses can register via www.surveymonkey.com/r/ptlincolnbusinesscommunity.
