Three people have been arrested after they were allegedly involved in stealing a car from Cummins over the weekend.
Overnight between Friday and Saturday night, a Mazda BT50 twin cab ute was stolen from a Cummins property after the owner left the car unlocked and the keys in the ignition.
Throughout Saturday morning police received a number of sightings of the stolen vehicle seen across the Eyre Peninsula including Poochera, Minnipa and Streaky Bay.
Just after 2.30pm on Saturday 11 May, the stolen ute was located by Port Lincoln police on New West Road
A detailed search was conducted locating the three out of the four suspects in a home Mackrell Street.
An 18-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman all from Orange in NSW, were arrested and charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle.
Police enquiries are continuing to locate the fourth suspect who is known to police.
