Reflections: Lincoln Through The Looking Glass

As a part of the South Australian History Festival the Port Lincoln History Group will be hosting an event titled Reflections, Lincoln through the Looking Glass. 

The event will see 5 speakers present a presentation on an array of history special to the town and highlight locations in Port Lincoln that are of significance.

Topics covered will include Maritime History, Woman’s Suffrage, Oyster History and Historical Buildings.

The event will also have exclusive historical art on display from the Mill Cottage, along with special books and videos for sale.

President of the Port Lincoln History Group Chris Mantle and Lee Clayton Member of the history Group say they encourage locals to come along and learn about the history of Port Lincoln.

Members of the community are invited to attend the event Lincoln through the Looking Glass presentation at the Port Lincoln Hotel Ball Room next Tuesday 21st May from 1 pm until 3 pm.
