Council of the Ageing SA will be visiting the Eyre Peninsula and other communities across the state to hear from elderly people in regional areas.
The ageing council are seeking feedback through ‘listening posts’ to hear the different challenges that residents over the age of 50 are facing today here on the EP.
The listening posts will be held in Kimba, Wudinna and Port Lincoln over two days and will see a pop-up style post in public areas that will give older locals the opportunity to talk about the things that matter to them, what works for them and what doesn’t.
The Port Lincoln listening post will be held on Monday 9th September and in Wudinna and Kimba on Tuesday 10th September.
