The organizers of febfast say it's not too late for local residents to get behind the campaign which raises money for young Australians battling drug and alcohol addiction.

The campaign calls on Aussies to give up alcohol, sugar or something else throughout February while helping to raise funds for youth counseling services.

Spokesperson, Andrew, says they've raised over $300,000 so far but need more help to reach this year's goal of $1 million.
