The Tumby Bay District Council has released its Draft Annual Business Plan for 2020/2021 and is open for public consultation.
The draft plan outlines a number of capital works projects which include the Bratten Bridge resealing, the Tumby Bay Mangrove Boardwalk, road constructions and a new footpath program.
According to the Draft Plan, some of the biggest spending’s will be allocated to transport and communication along with housing and community affairs.
Ratepayers and residents who wish to discuss the plan further with the Mayor and officers can contact council to book a 20-minute appointment up until the end of the week Friday 5th between 9am-12pm
An online meeting will be held Tuesday 16th June with login details to be advertised on the Council’s website.
Locals can also send in written submissions on the Draft Annual Business Plan until Friday 19th June 2020.
