Locals across the EP can gear up for some connections and belly laughs as the 2 blokes and a Black Dog Comedy Road Tour makes its way across the region next month.
The aim of the comedy tour is to recognise those small communities on the EP who have been impacted by drought.
The initiative presented by Mentally Fit EP, WCYCS and Country SA PHN will see Adelaide Comedian Marc Ryan, the beautiful Bogan, kick off the show to discuss hope, inspiration, prevention and resilience through his style of stand-up comedy.
The comedy roadshow is a free event and will be travelling through Ceduna, Streaky Bay, Wudinna, Kimba, Cleve and Cowell.
The evening will also see a dinner available for purchase from 6pm which will be followed by the stand-up comedy show.
Johana Page from Mentally Fit EP says the comedy show is aimed at adults but there will also be BBQ’s for the youth to attend at each town skate park.
“In every single location, we will be doing a free BBQ for the youth which is a get together with some music and some free snags and then it will proceed into the night for the comedy show.
“People can grab their tickets at SA tickets.com, it’s a free event and spaces are limited, so bookings are essential but we just need people to register for COVID reasons.
“We’re also gonna have a guest speaker and there’s just gonna be a lot of stories about hope and inspirations, as well as prevention and resilience through the face of adversity
