Local charitable organisations and community groups are being invited to apply for the Eyre Peninsula Community Foundations 2020 community grants.
Those who make a difference to the local community are encouraged to apply for small grants between $500 and $2000.
The EPCF is encouraging proposals for locally run and led volunteer projects focused on sustainable long-term community development and capacity building.
Chairman Garry Downey says the Foundation particularly supports projects involving minority or disadvantaged groups, and where innovation and community collaboration is evident.
Mr. Downey also added they like to respond to unusual requests, particularly ideas that are not normally eligible for assistance from traditional funding programs.
The EPCF 2020 community grant round will be open until 5 pm Friday 25 September 2020.
