A woman has died following a crash this morning near Cummins.
Just before 7am, on Wednesday 9 September, police and emergency services responded to calls of a crash, after a Toyota ute hit a tree on Warrow Road about 11kms west of Cummins.
On arrival, police discovered the driver the only occupant of the utility, a 19-year-old woman from the Eyre Peninsula was deceased inside the vehicle.
Major Crash Investigators from Adelaide have flown to the area to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The woman's death is the 66th life lost on our State's roads compared to 77 at the same time last year.
