RDAEP Trail Strategy

Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula are working to improve trails across the EP and get potential projects off the ground and shovel ready.

RDAEP is working in collaboration with local councils and Tredwell to help develop a Regional Strategy that aims to have councils work together and bring projects and funding to life in the region.

Tredwell Management is set to help lead councils in the right direction to gain funding through planning, development, management and market quality trail experiences.

Locals are being invited to share their knowledge on trails around the EP through an online survey that is open until November 15th.

Sondra Stewart from RDAWEP says they’re hoping to have a strategy by early next year.

“We’re keen to get people's input because local people know their local area the best and they might know some hidden gems that we might not know about that might be an opportunity to get some investment into.” Said Sondra.

An online zoom videoconference will also be held on Wednesday, November 4th from 6pm.
