David Duchovny to tour music in Australia

David Duchovny

X-Files star David Duchovny will tour Australia for the first time as a musician.

The actor who is known for his role as FBI Agent Fox Mulder on the popular TV show The X-Files released his first album, the rock record Hell Or Highwater, in 2015.

The rootsy, low-key album was well-received, and Duchovny says he was influenced by greats such as Leonard Cohen and The Beatles.

He is working on his next album, due out at the end of the year before he hits Aussie shores next year.
