Off the Bench has become one of the largest syndicated football radio programs across Australia. The show is broadcast on 16 stations across Melbourne, Tasmania, regional South Australia and Victoria, and Broken Hill.

Off the Bench continues to attract loyal followers tuning in weekly for their entertainment based footy fix. Each week, Off the Bench is packed with feature interviews of AFL stars, coaches and administrators, as well as the best bush footy has to offer.

Off the Bench is heading into its fourth season and the show is once again expanding to reach more footy fans across Australia.
