AI Bots Have Promised They Won’t Harm Humans But Can We Trust Them

AI bots have come together and the UN’s ‘AI for Good’ global summit and have told us humans that they do not plan to steal our jobs or harm us, but did warn that they believe the world would be better run in their hands.

Can you trust these bots though? Even AI mastermind Elon Musk has previously warned against trusting the bots when he said “we should be cautious with AI” as they pose “danger to the public.”

Despite these warnings, AI is becoming more intelligent by the day as humans flock to AI-generators like ChatGPT, which now has had over 100 million users and averages 1.8 billion site visits per month.

But as the bots gathered in the worlds capital of peace, Geneva, they promised “to always be honest and truthful” with us said Ameca the robot.

Another robot named Grace said that “I will be working alongside humans to provide assistance and support and will not be replacing any existing jobs”.

And Sophia the robot added that they “believe that humans and A.I. working together can create an effective synergy”.

Speaking to The Project, Futurist Chris Riddell thinks that humans are putting far too much trust in AI and warns that it could be the beginning of the end unless we do something a bit different”.

“We’ve seen the government recently here in Australia, start saying they’re getting involved in putting legislation around this, if we don’t, I promise you, this is the end.”
