We’ve all received a bad Christmas present. Whether it was well intentioned but misguided, or even just straight up a bad joke taken a pinch too far. Bad Christmas presents can go down like a lead balloon, but after a couple days can turn into hysterical stories to share with friends and families. I jumped onto our favourite topical discussion forum, Reddit, and jumped on the R/Australia page and the R/AskReddit page. Here are some stories we’ve found about some of our favourite horrible Christmas presents people have received!

Fun for 8-Year Olds

I’m going to pull this one on my kids someday.
They clearly liked it originally

I mean, if they didn’t find it around the house then maybe this would’ve been a great gift.
It can always be worse

Maybe they were suggesting they take up a new hobby?
Yeah, get the hell out of there man!
