With high winds, rain and thunderstorms forecast across the state today, a Code Blue has been called for residents sleeping rough on the Lower Eyre Peninsula.
The Code Blue helps those experiencing homelessness remain warm and safe from extreme weather, with the code active from 5pm tonight until 9am tomorrow.
Homeless Connect SA will still operate 24/7 to assist with emergency accommodation in the region.
