Port Lincoln’s Longest Table event is coming up next Friday.
Run by the first Regional Ambassador for the Hospital Research Foundation Group, Tabetha Wilkes is doing her part to make a difference after her breast cancer diagnosis at the start of the year.
She secured accommodation in Adelaide with Under Our Roof – a charity supported by the Hospital Research Foundation Group – for her double mastectomy.
They were amazed by Tabetha’s positivity, offering her the role of ambassador and working together to bring the fundraiser to Port Lincoln.
Tabetha says it’s shaping up to be a great event, with raffle prizes including a Weber Q, a Makita drill pack, a Christmas seafood pack, candles, and more.
Doors will open at 6:30pm on Friday August 4 at the Port Lincoln Yacht Club.
